Since 2005, I have been continuously supporting HR and top management at multinational companies, SMEs and international law firms to find the most suitable talents for their middle and top level management vacancies throughout the CE region. I manage searches in the field of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, HR and Logistics mainly, and my main sectors of expertise are Advertising & Media and FMCG. I have widespread job market knowledge and outstanding comprehension of experience and skills the different fields and roles require in the corporate world.


I have been working with some of my clients for almost 20 years. My success rate is close to 90%. I complete the majority of ‘impossible’ assignments in reasonable time frame. The difficulties that hiring managers must face on the job market are well-known for me and motivate me to beat them: the time pressure, potential compensation constraints, and where to find and how to attract the most capable candidates.


I work with direct search method using my own database and exploiting the advantages of the trustworthy relationships and network built with candidates over the years. 

I cooperate with internationally acknowledged executive search partners if necessary, to utilize all available options to achieve the best possible outcome.
